Avocado Toast With Egg

Mash avocado in a small bowl to your preference, adding seasoning if desired. I normally just add a little bit of pepper and make sure not to add any salt to keep the sodium low. Add oil to a nonstick pan over low heat. Carefully add the egg to the skillet. Cook to desired softness. Spread the mashed avocado over the toasted whole grain bread, laying the egg on top. Add any desired seasoning.
