Main Ingredients

2 - 3 4 small, ripe avocados (about cups)

1/4 cup dark cocoa powder

2 tablespoons raw honey

1 tablespoon brewed coffee (or additional almond milk)

2 tablespoons dairy-free milk (i used almond milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate chips*

dash of salt

1Scoop avocado flesh into food-processor or Vitamix. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. If it appears to thick, you can always add more coffee/almond milk. If it's too runny, try adding a little more cocoa powder.

2Serve topped with coconut whipped cream, fresh berries, sliced bananas, or whatever suits your fancy! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week.

Additional Notes

*I just melted them in the microwave for about 30 seconds. You may need to microwave them longer to get them to melt, but don't heat them in increments longer than 30 seconds or else they can scorch. Nobody got time for that.
