Asparagus Gruyere Frittata

1/2 cup heavy cream or plain greek yogurt
1 Bunch of roasted asparagus cut into - inch pieces
1 1/2 cups of swiss - gruyere shredded cheese
1 tablespoon salt
freshly ground pepper
1Grease a small casserole dish with crisco or spray with non-stick cooking spray
2Whip your eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl
3Add your shredded cheese to the eggs
4Add the pre-roasted asparagus which you already cut into 1-inch pieces
5Pour everything into the casserole and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes
