Rice: Boil black rice as directed on box. Remove from heat after cooked and allow to cool. Sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and set aside until rice is fully cooked Add sauce to rice and combine

1 sauce-tsp grated fresh ginger

2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp light sesame oil
1/2 tsp black pepper
