Apple Cider Vinegar Glazed Brussel Sprouts

I think I could eat the whole pan! I’ve developed a love for Brussels sprout as I’ve gotten older. I never ate them growing up but now it seems I can’t get enough! Partly I think it is because they are so cute, like baby cabbages.

Main Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp brown sugar, light or dark

1/2 onion, sliced

1 lb brussel sprouts, halved

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

salt and pepper


1Stir together olive oil and brown sugar. Toss with remaining ingredients.

2Spread on a baking sheet and roast until browned, about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
