Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) is good for you in many ways; it helps to balance your PH level because it’s alkalizing, it aids in detoxification, it fights candida and yeast and can aid in weight loss due to its acetic acid content.

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 clove garlic minced
1/4 cup raw honey (optional)
1Shake until smooth using a mason jar. Stores for about a week in the fridge.
