Who doesn't love Italian snacks on the go? This appetizer is not only easy, but it's healthy and provides a little taste of everything for you and your guests. Not only that, it is customizable to your taste buds and what you have lying around your pantry and fridge.

1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
1 sliced red bell pepper
1 jar stuffed green olives
1 jar marinated artichoke quarters
1 container marinated mozzarella balls
12 fresh basil leaves
1 sliced salami log
aged balsamic vinegar
1Assemble skewers to include one of each item listed in the ingredients.
2Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3Before serving, drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar.
Feel free to assemble these in any order you want! I doubled up on the fresh veggies to add a little color variation with mine. You can easily substitute and add to the ingredient list as needed, too. Don't have fresh basil? Don't sweat it!
