Main Ingredients

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup coconut flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder (see note below)

4 tbsp coconut oil

3 tbsp pure maple syrup

1 tsp pure vanilla extract (i prefer an alcohol free option)

2 tbsp unsweetened almond or coconut milk

1/3 cup dark chocolate chips (dairy free if needed)


1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2Combine the almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix well.

3Add remaining ingredients and mix again.

4Drop large heaping tablespoons full of dough onto prepared baking sheet. Use the palm of your hand to gently form and flatten the cookies.

5Place in oven and bake for about 15 minutes for soft cookies, or 15 to 20 minutes for crunchy cookies.

6Remove from oven and let cool. Enjoy!
