Main Ingredients

4 cups of rolled oats

1 cup of slivered almonds

1/2 cup of honey

1/2 cup of coconut oil

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/3 cup of water

1 cup of jumbo raisins

1/2 tsp of salt

Preparation

Once fully boiling, pour over your oat mixture and combine all together. Spread the granola mixture evenly on a flat baking sheet and bake in the oven for 1 hour. After the granola has been baking for 30 minutes, make sure to stir the mixture and rotate the pan in the oven and leave it to bake for the remaining 30 min.
