My grandma made this every year for Christmas when I was growing up. So simple!

1 cup whole almonds
12 oz almond bark coating
1First toast the almonds by placing them in the skillet over medium high heat.
2Stirring frequently, heat for 5-8 minutes. Set aside.
3Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper.
4Chop up almond bark and transfer to large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stir. Microwave on 15 seconds, stir and repeat until smooth (3-5 more times).
5Quickly add toasted almonds to your melted coating and then pour onto prepared cookie sheet. Spread out evenly and then chill 20 minutes in the refrigerator before breaking into pieces.
