Creamy, garlic alfredo sauce.

1 medium sized onion-diced
1/4 cup butter
1 pkg cream cheese- 6 oz
3 cloves garlic
3 cups heavy cream
1 tsp parsley
1/4 cup fresh parmesan
1In a medium sauce pan melt butter and saute onion until soft.
2Cube cream cheese and add to sauce pan. Using a whisk, mix the cream cheese in and allow it to melt. Whisk until smooth.
3Add cream, pressed garlic and spices.
4Stir to incorporate. Bring to a boil.
5Remove from heat and add fresh parmesan.
6Pour over cooked pasta of your choice.
