Air Fryer Chicken Chimichangas
These easy and delicious Chimichangas are a much healthier version of the oil fried ones, without losing the taste!

1 lb cooked shredded chicken (cook in liquid and save the broth)
1 4 oz can diced green chilis
1/2 chopped onion
1 cup salsa
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp corn starch
8 flour tortillas
1Add chopped onion to a hot skillet and saute for 2 minutes.
2Add in green onions and saute another minute more.
3Add in corn stars and spices, give the mixture a stir. Add in the salsa and cook another minute.
4Add in your shredded chicken and chicken broth.
5Cook another two minutes.
6Turn off heat and let cool/thicken slightly while warming your tortillas.
7Place tortillas on a plate, cover with a moist paper towel.
8Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.
9Take one tortilla and scoop in 1/2 cup chicken mixture.
10Wrap burrito style.
11Place chimichangas in air fryer two at a time. Give a brief spritz with cooking spray. Cook at 400 degrees for four minutes.
12Top with cheese, serve with rice and refried beans.
