Main Ingredients

3 tbsp. almond flour

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 tbsp. kerry gold unsalted butter

1 egg


1Combine all ingredients into a microwave safe container - Preferably one that is square or rectangle shaped.

2Stir until well mixed

3Microwave for 90 seconds. (may a bit need longer depending on the microwave) Just make sure its evenly cooked.

4Take it out (careful, its hot!) and cut in half

5Optional: Put each slice in toaster or pan fry

6Make your favorite sandwich!
