Main Ingredients

2 ripe organic bananas

1/4 cup unsweetened organic applesauce

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla or chocolate flavor)

2 tbsp dairy-free chocolate chips

cooking spray, non-stick

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2Place the bananas, applesauce, cocoa powder and protein powder in a food processor and mix until completely smooth

3Prepare a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray then spoon the batter from the food processor. Note the batter will be thick, use a spoon to spread it out so it's flat and even.

4Evenly distribute the chocolate chips on top

5Place them in the oven. After a few minutes, remove and use the back of a spoon to spread the melted chocolate chips. Place back in the oven.

6Bake for 20 minutes

7Let cool (if you can) in the pan, then slice into 8 squares

Additional Notes

The brownies will seem under done when you take them out, but have NO FEAR, once the cool, they'll be good to go!
