Fix that chocolate craving without the guilt!

60 ml semi-skimmed milk
50 g oats
5 g stevia
one teaspoon baking powder
30 g bramley apple sauce (no apple sauce? puree an apple! )
150 g 0% fat greek yoghurt (you can use any yoghurt! )
50 g bournville cocoa powder dry
1 egg pinch of salt
1Set oven to 200/180 fan and grease and line a 20x20 tin
2Add all ingredients into a blender/food processor till all blended. Pour into tin and cook for 15 minutes
3Leave to cool on a cooling rack and then cut into 16 squares and enjoy!
