4-ingredient Skinny Chunky Monkey Cookies (flourless, Gluten-free)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well-combined. Scoop by the rounded (heaping) tablespoon onto a parchment-lined or lightly-greased foil-lined baking sheet. Press down lightly with fingers to flatten into circular cookie shapes. Bake until lightly browned and firm on the outside, about 10 to 12 minutes.

2 large ripe bananas, pureed until smooth

1/4 cup nut butter of choice (natural peanut butter is best! ), softened in microwave for fifteen to twenty seconds

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (i use enjoy life foods)
