3 Ingredient Protein Ice Cream
this honestly tastes just as good as dairy ice cream to me! I like this one as my dessert before bed, but it can be eaten anytime of day for a snack. Make this ahead of time and keep in freezer, just give it some time on the counter or a quick warm up in microwave before eating. Gluten-Free, dairy Free and high in Protein - my toddlers LOVE it too!

1 frozen banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (i use quest protein)
1/2 cup milk of choice (i use unsweetened cashew milk)
optional: sprinkles, chocolate chips, peanut butter
1add all ingredients to blender. Blend until consistency of ice cream (more or less milk may be needed)
there are SO many flavor combos to try with this one! use different flavors of protein powder, use different frozen fruit or incorporate a nut butter or PB2!
