3 Ingredient Homemade Lara Bars
This healthy paleo, gluten-free snack can be thrown together in just a few minutes. Double or triple the recipe if you're food prepping for the week. Wrap bars individually for a quick to-go snack or a pre-workout energy boost! Buying individual bars can be pricey. Making your own from bulk ingredients saves a lot!!$$

1 cup cashew halves/pieces
1/3 and cup pitted dates
2 tsp cocoa powder
Dash or cinnamon and salt (optional)
1Blend all ingredients in food processor or blender for 2-3 mins or until mixture starts to clump/stick
2Press into small square pan or baking dish Linef with wax paper
3Refrigerate for 30 mins or freeze for 10 mins before cutting. Store in air tight container or Saran Wrap individual bars
