Paleo Mug Cake
Quick fix for that sweet tooth without the guilt

1 tbs almond meal/flour
1 tbs coconut flour
1 tbs coconut sugar
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp great lakes collagen protein
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp unsweetened dairy free milk-almond/ cashew
1 egg for the caramel
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk
1Mix together egg, vanilla, and maple syrup, and milk to microwave safe mug
2Add flours, cocoa powder, baking powder, collagen, milk, and egg all together
3Microwave mug for 2 minutes. Let cool.
4Caramel- Simmer coconut sugar and coconut milk on medium for 10-15 minutes until it forms a thicker consistency.
5Put in fridge to harden
6Add toppings to cake if desired.
