Kulinarian.com collects and manages user data according to the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is indented to provide our users with a transparent, accessible, and general understanding of how and why we collect and store user data. This document is accompanied by Kulinarian’s Terms of Service document, and by using kulinarian.com (the Website and or Application), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service agreement. Information We Collect

We collect anonymous data from every visitor of the Website. This data is used to record pages viewed, time spent on site, control website features, provide visitor specific features, store visitor preferences, fix bugs, optimize Website performance, and in general log Website events and activities.

You are not required to become a kulinarian.com registered member to use the Website. You are free to remain an anonymous user and not provide us with a username, password, or any other information.

When you become a kulinarian.com member, we ask you to provide us with a username, password, and email address in order to register a personal profile with the Website. Your personal profile is used to identify your recipe uploads, image uploads, recipe favorites, recipe search preferences, and other Website specific preferences, features, and profile content.

You are able to view, change and modify the data associated with your profile. You do not have the option to change your username. You have the option to delete your Kulinarian account and remove your profile from the Website.

Recipes you upload to Kulinarian may not be deleted if other users have saved your recipe as a favorite or modified your recipe. When you delete your account, all recipes that are associated with your account will be transferred to the kulinarian profile and said recipes will display kulinarian as the recipe owner.

Minors and children should not use kulinarian.com. By using the Website, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

How We Use Website Information

Kulinarian.com uses your profile information to provide you with a customized and personalized Website experience. We also use your information to communicate with you through Website alerts and or emails.

Any recipes, recipe modifications, images, tags, comments, or general content you upload or contribute to kulinarian.com should be regarded as non-private and publicly viewable by internet users and the public in general. Your profile username and image may or may not be associated with the content you contributed to the Website.

To the best of our knowledge, we employ industry standard techniques to protect against unauthorized access of your kulinarian.com data, including personal information.

Kulinarian.com Does Not Share Your Personal Information
