Main Ingredients

2 medium/large ripe banana

1 handful frozen strawberries, blueberries or mixed berries

1/4 - 1/3 cup water or almond milk, depending on desired consistency

2 tablespoons hemp protein

1 tablespoon natural almond butter

1 teaspoon organic spirulina*

1 medjool date for sweetness (optional)

Preparation

1In a high speed blender combine all ingredients and blend on high until smooth

2Sip from a jar -or- transfer to a bowl and add toppings!
